The 30-day money back guarantee
covers all WatchZone’s items, no questions asked. We feel that we sell top quality merchandise that you will just
love. If within 30 days of purchase your unhappy or just don’t want the item
you have purchased, we will refund you the full purchase price less shipping.
The only thing that we do require is a small surcharge (12% of the purchase
price) to re-inspect and certify the authenticity of the item. This item will
be categorized, inspected for authenticity and reenlisted on eBay to resell to
another party. This is a small charge for our customers’ security, which
guarantees that every item they receive is authentic. If you have any questions
about our guarantee, or the item, please ask them before bidding.
2-Year Warranty
A 2-year mechanical warrantee from
the date of purchase covers every watch that is listed stating warranted. This
warrantee covers any mechanical problems with the watch. If you experience a
problem with the watch, you will need to send it to our certified watch expert
for their inspection, and repair. Please do not attempt to open or service the
watch, this may void your warrantee. This is a .00 value, which
comes free with all our warranted watches. There are few exceptions.
Non-covered items:
*If the
watch gets wet or is abused or if its struck by and act of god.
*If the
case is opened without proper approval, please contact our authorized
technicians.
*If the watch
requires a cleaning this is considered a service not a warranted item.

serviced we can provide a certified technician to assist your needs, they are
prompt and have many years experience-servicing fine watches, and are very
reasonable.
